This Advertising Policy explains how advertisements, sponsorships, promotional content, and marketing services are handled on cronweb.co and across campaigns managed by Cronweb. This policy is designed to ensure compliance with applicable laws and major platform/payment policies.
1. Scope
This policy applies to: (a) any advertising or promotional content displayed on cronweb.co (if/when enabled), (b) sponsored collaborations and brand mentions involving Cronweb, and (c) advertising/marketing services delivered by Cronweb for clients (e.g., performance marketing, social ads, search ads, influencer support, SEO content).
2. Advertising Identification & Disclosures
We aim to clearly distinguish advertising and sponsored content from editorial/portfolio content. Where applicable, we may label content as “Ad”, “Sponsored”, “Promotion”, “Partner”, or similar. If a page contains affiliate or sponsored elements, we may include disclosure statements to comply with consumer protection and advertising standards.
3. Editorial Independence & No Guarantee of Endorsement
Advertising placements or sponsorships do not imply Cronweb’s endorsement, verification, or guarantee of an advertiser’s products/services. Any opinions, claims, or offers are the responsibility of the advertiser. Users should independently verify details before purchasing or acting on ads.
4. Prohibited Advertising Content
We do not accept, publish, or promote advertising that we believe (in our sole discretion) involves illegal, deceptive, or high-risk content, including but not limited to:
(a) illegal products/services, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, or facilitation of wrongdoing,
(b) weapons, explosives, or instructions for violence,
(c) hate, harassment, discrimination, extremist content, or incitement,
(d) adult sexual content or explicit pornography,
(e) deceptive “get rich quick” schemes, pyramid/MLM schemes presented deceptively, Ponzi-like offers, or misleading financial promises,
(f) malware, spyware, phishing, credential theft, scam pages, cloaking, or malicious redirects,
(g) promotion of regulated products without required approvals (e.g., certain pharmaceuticals, controlled substances),
(h) misleading health/medical claims, unsafe supplement claims, or guaranteed results without substantiation,
(i) content that violates third-party platform policies (e.g., Google/Meta/TikTok ad policies) or payment network rules.
5. Restricted Categories (May Require Extra Review)
Some categories may be accepted only after additional review and only if compliant with applicable laws and platform policies, such as: financial services, crypto-related products, gaming/gambling, real-money contests, dating, health/wellness, and supplements. We may require legal disclaimers, proof of authorization, licenses, or policy-compliant landing pages before running campaigns.
6. Advertiser & Client Responsibilities
Advertisers/clients are solely responsible for:
(a) the legality and compliance of their product/service and offers,
(b) accuracy of claims, pricing, guarantees, and disclosures on their landing pages,
(c) obtaining required permissions, licenses, and regulatory approvals,
(d) compliance with consumer protection, privacy, spam, and advertising laws,
(e) ensuring ads do not infringe intellectual property or third-party rights.
7. Cronweb’s Right to Reject, Remove, or Suspend Ads
We reserve the right to reject, pause, remove, or request changes to any advertisement or campaign at any time, including after acceptance, if we believe it violates this policy, third-party platform rules, or applicable law, or creates reputational/compliance risk for Cronweb. No refunds are guaranteed for paused/removed ads; billing will be handled as per the agreed Order and our Refund/Cancellation Policies.
8. Third-Party Ad Networks & Platform Dependencies
If ads are served via third-party networks/platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic partners), their policies, algorithms, and enforcement actions apply. Cronweb is not responsible for account restrictions, rejections, policy flags, reach limitations, or sudden platform rule changes. Clients must maintain valid, compliant ad accounts and landing experiences.
9. Performance Disclaimer (No Guaranteed Results)
Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside Cronweb’s control (market demand, competition, budgets, creatives, landing page quality, seasonality, platform algorithms, account history). Unless explicitly guaranteed in a written contract, Cronweb does not guarantee specific KPIs such as impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, ROAS, revenue, or rankings.
10. Tracking, Analytics, and Reporting
Where applicable, we may use analytics and tracking tools (pixels, tags, conversion APIs, UTM parameters) to measure campaign performance. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate privacy notices, cookie banners/consents (if required), and lawful bases for tracking. We can assist with implementation, but the client remains responsible for legal compliance of their website/app and disclosures.
11. Intellectual Property & Creative Assets
Clients must own or have valid licenses for all creative assets provided (logos, images, videos, fonts, music, testimonials). Cronweb may create ad creatives as part of the service; usage rights are governed by the Order/contract. Third-party stock assets remain subject to their licenses. Cronweb may refuse creatives that appear infringing or unauthorized.
12. Prohibited Techniques (Cloaking, Misleading UX, Policy Evasion)
We do not support or participate in policy evasion methods including cloaking, hidden redirects, misleading landing pages, fake scarcity, fake reviews/testimonials, or manipulation intended to bypass platform or payment rules. If such behavior is detected, we may immediately suspend work.
13. Complaints, Takedown Requests, and Enforcement
If you believe an advertisement on cronweb.co (if enabled) is misleading, infringes rights, or violates this policy, contact us at [email protected] with supporting details. We may request additional information and may take action including removal or suspension.
14. Policy Updates
